Ah tu utilises un lavalink ...
le pb vient de la c'est sur ... c'est pas tres fiable, de temps en temps je le reboote aussi (j'en ai un)

Essaie avec un Moxa, ca ira mieux.

Je ne pense pas que le problème vienne du lavalink, j'ai exactement les mêmes symptômes qu'Eric et je suis branché directement en RS232.

Prism envoie une requête au dome tracker, et pas de réponse ...
S'il n'y a pas de réponse c'est qu'il y a un problème dans la communication série.
Vérifier d'avoir la dernière version de firmware
J'ai deux dometracker "sous la main", un a l'observatoire des Pises et un a l'obs mars ds le ht vivarais et ca se passe ss deconnexion aucune et via des Moxa.
Ca ne sert a rien définir les bauds sous windows, le logiciel le force a 115200 bauds.
Ce qui me fait dire que le câble série ne doit pas être de mauvaise qualité car 115200 bd c'est relativement "rapide" (a ne pas mettre a coté d'un câble de moteur qui envoie trop de courant), penser a l'utilisation de filtres si nécessaire.
Apres si ca persiste, contacter Shelyak pour le SAV sur ce matériel.

Bon, toujours pas de solution pour contrôler le dometracker avec Prism.
J'ai contacté Shelyak, mais étant donné que le dometracker fonctionne normalement sous ASCOM ou avec le logiciel de test, il n'y a pas de problème matériel...
Du coup je regrette d'avoir acheté Prism car je ne peux pas m'en servir.
Eric, as-tu trouvé une solution de ton côté ?

Quelle version de firmware ?
Quelles version de la DLL DomeAB.dll (mode natif) ?

Tu dis direct en RS232 ? Il y a peu de PC en direct RS232 il me semble ...(?)

J'ai un dometracker dans mes affaires , des que j'aurais un peu de temps je pourrais regarder.

La version du firmware est la 1.52
La version de la DLL 1.96
Je suis bien en RS232 direct, j'ai ajouté une carte PCI Express avec deux ports RS232 à mon PC, je ne passe pas par un adapteur USB/RS232 quoique j'ai essayé quand même avec ce type d'adaptateur mais j'ai le même problème.
J'ai déjà réinstallé entièrement Windows mais ça n'a rien changé.
J'ai le log du dometracker et de Prism si tu en as besoin ?
