the previous version before the update is always available in your program files x86 just rename :
1. prism.exe.old to prism.exe
2. prism.enu.old to prism.enu
that will give you the previous version

Cyril has actually just finished working on an issue coming from the framing inside the driver of the ZWO cameras, a fix is in place already and an update will be pushed in the next couple of days. This is, potentially, what is causing the exception error.

Re: autofocus failure: brightest pixel too close to edge of the image
I'd like you tp perform a test for me. When you autofocus next time, double the size of the window in the autofocus function. in the presence of hot pixels in the frame and when the star is defocused, it happens that other "pixels" become brighter. But let's start by increasing the window size

Try updating the driver please, I am sure that’s what the issue is as this is outside of PRISM per se.

World-class observatories using PRISM have no issue nor does my observatories across the world. Sometimes, the driver is the issue. But we are here to get you up and running. P.S: here is the list of advanced function, it is under "PRISM" on the site: https://www.hyperion-astronomy.com/pages/advance...

I need: - Enable the log in PRISM the moment you start it. - Connect your dome and perform your regular commands such as slaving the the scope to your mount and slewing around. - I will then need the ASCOM log file for the dom...

Re: Trial - again?
The developer has established the activation of PRISM. the way it sits right now, if the trial expires on a machine, it cannot be re-activated unless a license is provided.
