The only thing that would make it better would be a delay in beginning the main CCD capturing until the AO mirror returns to its correct position. Correct position ? is home position ? The way I understand that Prism handles the AO is that it centers the mirror for each exposure and will take a few...

Just to be sure, you mean that COM port number is not kept / written somewhere.

Does this happens when you do a close-restart prism software cycle, or just opening-setting-closing-opening cycle of the telescope setup window ?

In both case I think this can be fixed.

Difficult to say without screen copies of the guiding setup...

You just use the function that sweep accros fields for setting/building the pointing model and check box that sends the coordinates to the 10 micron mount.

And if you try to bin 2x2 ?
Also may be pointing accuracy is not very good also ... and center coordinates are too far way from expected position.

If you get with the same exposure time an image, and just plate solve afterwards, does it work ?

There is a lot of noise in this image .. increase exposure time or bin 2x2

The proper checkbox must be enabled to ensure that reference filter will be used.

I've heard that UCAC4 is not the best catalog for photometry. If you have information on that, this would be welcome.

Could you tell us more about what you want ?

I would love to see screen copies.
If default star catalog is set, i.e BSC only, double star is colored and visible properly.
If you add other star catalog then simply overlay each other, and in the end the star to loose color because some catalog does not have this information.
