Hi Craig

Yes you can as long as your driver supports this through scripting. You can build a .bat,.exe or.pgm scripts to do this for you. I would consult with the manufacturer to see of they can provide these scripts for you. Some of our users here have developed their own.

Re: Problem with Meade LX850

Good morning Mr. Philpot

this sounds like a meridian flip parameter problem, can you please upload a screenshot of the telescope tab in the automatic observation here? What is your Meade driver set to flip the mount at? Meridian, be fore, after?

Thanks

Can you please send me the report to hyperion.astronomy@gmail.com , I'd like to investigate what is happening. I use a modified T3 these days and it shoots all night, I am sure it is something small.

Thanks.

Prism slew to the selected target > takes an image > plate solves > calculates the offset > slews to the new coordinates > plate solves to ensure centering. In the manual mode,...

Re: Another new potential user

Hi and welcome to Prism 1. Flats are automatically take in Prism and do not just use the sky for a source. I personally use an Alnitak panel and take my flats myself. It is really simply and automatic, PRISM can take the best flats for your system since it knows the characteristics of of your camera...

Re: Is there a "demo" mode?

Also, you can use Prism indoors without any equipment by choosing the simulator option int the hardware setup for the mount and camera. This should give you enough to do most things.
