Hamza,

When trying to update to the latest version 10.3.49, I get a error during download on both my laptop and my desk computer. both errors reports vanish before I get all the details, but both are ftp errors on large files with a message that the files sizes do not match.

I have a very good high speed cable connection and have tried restarting my computer and get a file size mismatch. I am currently running 10.3.46

I tried a few more times. The laptop error is "FTP error: connection refused" when about to download Prism64.exe. The laptop is wire connected.

The desktop error is Fatal error: Size (2231808/0) of file (C:\user\dpost\Documents\Prism\updates_files\update.exe) is invalid. update process has been terminated.

I am getting the same error as rspostrspost. I am also getting a Trojan:Win32/Bitrep.A alert from Windows defender everytime I try to install version 10.3.49

PRISM needs to be put in the exception of your antivirus list, please whitelist all its folders. Cyril will NEVER use anything other than safe in PRISM.
