ftp.prism-astro.com down?

I cannot get a dns resolution of ftp.prism-astro.com going using web dns tools or my local machine's/ googles 8.8.8.8 dns. As such prism's update check utility under help.

Is this is a known issue?

DNS is now fixed,
My provider moved all our data to another cluster…
Now I have an issue of ftp home directory to fix asap.
Sorry for the convenience.
