I have an Optec TCF-S focuser which normally does a good job of adjusting for temperature as the night progresses. The question I have is how, during an automated session, do I ensure that the focuser utilizes the embedded temperature compensation? I check the box on the focuser tab, but often after an autofocuser routine during the imaging session, I find the box unchecked and have a hard time getting the program to activate the temperature compensation. Is there a setting/process that I need to do to ensure that this feature is on at all times during the night?
