New install (beta) loses obsy database

The entries I add to the observatory database are lost after update

To be frank, I'm not sure how useful it is to have an enormous list of observatory sites these days, given we can find our exact coordinates in a minute using Google maps or similar... I think a blank list (or a placeholder with one only to ensure no errors are thrown) would suffice.
