Switching activations?

How easy is it to switch activations to a new computer once you’ve used your 2 allotments? Say get a new PC or want to use a different pc at home vs remote?

When you enter the license number you receive from us, PRISM is attached to whatever computer you install it on and cannot be changed. There is no way to switch your keys on our side either.

So.... how do you handle a computer that breaks down, or upgrading to a new computer?

I have had to upgrade my computer and now have the same problem as Wayne. I cannot activate on the new computer though I have license and key.
So how do I activate?

The system we have works for hundreds of people and is not new. The issues we have been having lately have to do with Windows and all the updates that have been happening. The easiest way is to reach out to us privately and we will help everyone, that's why we're here.

Earlier emails weren't received, but latest from another address worked fine.
The correction worked just fine, and am now up and running on the new computer ok.

Hi

I've been interested in purchasing Prism but it is important to know if I can officially install a copy on a new computer when I upgrade my computer.
Is this officially supported?
According to the quick start guide the license is permanently attached to two computers and cannot be switched.

Welcome to the forum. PRISM comes with two main activations to begin with to safeguard our investment against abuse, and it has happened. For extra computer, we offer a USB activation on the website you can purchase to take with you if you wish. Whichever computer you plug it into, activates PRISM as long as it is physically plugged in.
