Clients Area on website

I can't seem to log in to the "clients" area, getting a message that I'm awaiting approval by the website manager. I paid for Prism on 1 April 2018, and received my license key in an email from Hamza that day.

Well, actually, no I don't. I still get the message about waiting for approval. If I try to set up an account from scratch, I get the message "email already used." I know you're busy with NEAF etc., but when that's done, could you please contact me to sort this out. Very frustrating for new user. :cry:
