been cloudy here for a week.
So where does one get support?

I added a custom horizon and it worked, but upon reboot it's gone. Is there a "SAVE SETTINGS" I'm missing? I just tried clicking "DEFAULT".

my other question is - how does connection to cloudwatcher work? (I don't see a safe/unsafe display?)

I'm reading the manual from start to finish as I'm typing this.

This software is SO MUCH better than SGP. I'm surprised it doesn't have the following that SGP does? Their forum is active.
Is it due to their lower price?
