DPP applied on file open or image download - how to turn off?

Hello!

I downloaded and installed 80 days trial of Prism software - it is immense piece of software and massive number of functionalities that I am getting into. I noticed that every time I open the FITS file or download image from camera then (I think) DPP is applied and that takes significant amount of time. For 16Mpx images from my camera it takes 6-8 seconds each time. Machine is i5@3GHz with 16GB RAM and system is Windows 10 64 bit. I reviewed both software and hardware settings and could not find a way to switch it off - I have PRISM version 10.3.44.
Can this automatic DPP process on image download/open be turned off, and some simple stretch be applied? Or maybe DPP can be somehow optimised to work faster?

Best regards,
Lucas

Hi Lukas

It is actually not DDP so your data is not "stretched", it is just high and low cutoffs that you can control in the settings. It is here: Settings > Software settings > Image display.
You can experiment with this until you find the best display settings that you like
