I'm not satisfied with any of the histogram settings I have been trying. First, I know how to edit the settings. I'm sure there are some former Sequence Generator Pro users out there. You know how SGP gives you a preview of the downloaded image and somehow it is stretched just perfect so you can see faint details?? Well that's the setting I want for PRISM Pro. I know that these setting are location dependent (light pollution, no light pollution) and probably scope and camera specific to some extent. But .... can someone share their settings with me.

We are sorry, your description is not accurate. In order to reply to your post, and to provide an efficient and sharp reply to solve your issue, we need to know:

- Prism version
- Windows version
- In case of a “bug, the description that lead to the error, the list of action and this must be repeatable.
- All hardware list connected to the PC (telescope controller, focuser, filter wheel) if this is hardware related issue.
- Readable screen copies, beware of low-resolution screen copies that cannot be read. Please use this tool:
Even better, use video capture tool like: https://www.nchsoftware.com/capture/index.html

Please no screenshots with a smartphone, this is very difficult to read.

- PRISM log file, see here how to enable it (not mandatory, if screens copies does not help):

The more we have information, the more we can reproduce the issue and solve it. Using telegraphic writing style cannot help us, the software is so huge that we cannot guess what is involved.

Do not put big files in this forum, you will not be allowed to do so. You can share big files with a lot of free services, like:
- dropbow, Wetransfert, onedrive.
