Can't connect to PMC Eight

Hardware and software setups, autoguiding and plate solving parameters, etc..

I've had a really bad time trying to connect to the Explore Scientific PMC Eight system. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't. When it does connect, it usually drops the connection ten minutes later. Can anyone help? Has anyone used Prism with the PMC Eight?

Thanks for the reply, and thanks. I actually solved the issue this afternoon. It wasn't a Prism issue. It was a human one :oops:
