PRISM | Hyperion Astronomy

I've had a really bad time trying to connect to the Explore Scientific PMC Eight system. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't. When it does connect, it usually drops the connection ten minutes later. Can anyone help? Has anyone used Prism with the PMC Eight?

does it have an ASCOM driver?

Thanks for the reply, and thanks. I actually solved the issue this afternoon. It wasn't a Prism issue. It was a human one
