Sky Chart - missing buttons

I'm missing the buttons for setting the sky chart direction to North, South, West, East and Zenith. Any hints how enable it?

please update your PRISM version by going to help>check for updates. Please let me know if this fixes it, we can also force an update.

The update via help->updates doesn't work on my computer. I'm getting every try a 'timed out' error. The Firewall was manually opened for prism.exe.
Is there a link to download the latest version?

try to force the update manually, please download this PRISM installer and install it. http://dl.hyperion-astronomy.com/setup_prism.exe

After downloading the file and installing it it's working now properly.
