While setting up a DSI III as Cam #1 (Settings/Hardware/Cameras/Setup) I entered one or both of the Gain and Offset values outside of the listed drop-down range. This resulted in an error message box saying "Range check error". The problem is that I cannot get back into Setup to correct this as every time I try I get the error message.
How can I clear this error?

can you please post screenshots of the problem? This help us see what is actually going on. It is also advisable to turn on the logging function to capture information about what is actually happening

I forgot to include the log file.
As I wasn't able to add this file using the .log file extension I've renamed it log.txt.

To say I'm unimpressed by the level of support I am receiving for this problem, which has stopped me using camera #1 for nearly two weeks, is an understatement!
I can't believe or accept that you can't tell me how to clear the camera blockage. Do I need to reinstall Prism?
