Dear,
I have downloaded the trial 80 days version to test the fullness of PrismV10 as i want to use this as my main automation system for my 3.2m Observatory soon to be build.
I work in advanced mode. I have a problem connecting my Sbig Cfw 10 filterwheel through serial port. In settings i set COM port on 4 ( it really works with COM4, and baudrate 9600 etc etc in other programs) , when closing and reopening the settings, i see that COM port has back changed to COM1. Also when setting back to 4 and pressing telescope button to connect everything, it stops with error of filterwheel.
What can i do?

Dear,
I found the problem and solution for the moment, but this has to be changed if possible!
The ONLY way to use the filterwheel is to use COM1 as the filterwheel port. So you are forced to asign COM port 1 to the filtherwheel.
As i have a MOXA computer, with 2 serial port directly on it, i cannot change the COM1 port to an USB Port. So i'm forced to hook up the filterwheel on the serial port, but this is not possible as al my telescope equipment goes on an USB hub on top of the scope.
So please: next update: Serial Port problem CFW-10 fixed?
Thank you!

thank you for sharing with us. It would help us greatly if we see some screenshots of the hardware set up section as well,.

Very simple:
hardware setup ( and working with other softwares ) Setting up correct port 3 error when trying to connect.
When looking again at the settings, COM port is back to port 1

Just to be sure, you mean that COM port number is not kept / written somewhere.
Does this happens when you do a close-restart prism software cycle, or just opening-setting-closing-opening cycle of the telescope setup window ?
In both case I think this can be fixed.

Dear,µ
I think both cases. It's just when you close the settings windows, and you try to connect it gives the error.
I indeed think that there is no behind action on that tab. I think i can even enter 5000, but still nothing will happen, or an error that this could not be.
