Hello,

I've installed my brand new Cem120ec2 and connected it to prism. The telescope is in a horizontal parking position and my skchart shows that what you can see in the attached image. What happens there? The telescope is virtually jumping around. If I'am looking for an object and slew to then everything is working perfect. Only the shown telescope position in the sky chart is jumping around like crazy. Any suggestions? The encoders are calibrated.

PRISM displays what the driver is telling it, so basically it puts on the map where the driver says. However, we need to investigate. I need a log. Can you please start PRISM turn on the log under settings > log file then check the box "Enable PRISM log". Send me the file via email please. We have a lot of customers using iOption mounts successfully.
