Is there a way to substract a master flatdark from single flats images? Or is the masterflat image been build with a reject from a master flatdark and so Prism does take care of this?
When for instance having 5 second flats, a master flatdark is sufficient to use.

for a single image, you can actually do it using the processing > calibration > current image calibration. You can also use the pre-processing tool to subtract the flats darks from the flats successfully. This is just not implemented in the automatic processing tool
