registration error  [SOLVED]

Hi
I formated my computer to upgrade window(7 to 10) and installed Prism v10 again.
However I cannot progress installaion at 2nd step. It shows some error messages like below:
'Sorry, key retrieval using internet link has failed : Error : Key server cannot be reached (firewall, server busy, Internet connection) -> Socket Error 310060
Commection timed out.'
'Your message could not be sent : MAPI error : failure (unknown origin)

Also, firstly I downloaded and registered this program, I wrote the product # and serial #.
But it is different from the number I have.
When I insert my product number, it shows serial number automatically and the numbers are wrong.
Please answer quickly.

that error message tells me that perhaps your firewall is blocking port 6000, is this the case? if it is, PRISM will not be able to communicate with the key server
